How do I cancel? Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Monthly products stop at the end of the current billing month; one-time products run their full purchased window.
Refunds. If your listing never went live, you get a full refund. Once a one-time product (featured event, deal of the week) is live, it is non-refundable; monthly products are refunded for the current month only if cancelled before the listing goes live. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
